Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through our official website or communication channels.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Reschedules are allowed up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within less than 12 hours of the appointment time will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Confidentiality & Privacy
Therapists and staff are bound by professional confidentiality agreements to safeguard your shared information.
Session Guidelines
Clients are expected to attend sessions on time in a calm, respectful manner.Disruptive behavior, offensive language, or any form of harassment may lead to session termination without refund.
Therapist Assignments
Minova reserves the right to assign or reassign licensed therapists based on availability, specialization, or client needs.
Digital Conduct & Communication
Sessions are hosted online via secure platforms. Recording or distributing session content is strictly prohibited without written consent.
Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable once a session has been conducted. In case of verified technical errors or counselor unavailability, MindNest may offer a free reschedule or session credit.
Limitation of Liability
While Minova ensures professional and ethical conduct, it is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from user actions outside the therapy environment.
Policy Modifications
Minova may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or on our official website.
